The address is our published contact route. Listing it does not verify delivery or promise a response within a fixed time. If your email application reports a delivery problem, do not assume that the message has reached us.

We are an independent website, not the game's customer support service. Account access, purchases, bans and game-server problems should go through the support route published by the game's developer, publisher or relevant store.

Report a factual or time-zone correction

A useful correction identifies the specific statement and the evidence that changes it. Please include:

• The full URL of the page and the sentence, table entry or event label you are asking us to review.
• A direct link to the original official announcement, with its publication date if shown.
• For a time conversion issue, the input UTC date and time, the selected city or time zone, the result displayed and the result you expected.
• Whether the problem concerns a planned time, a confirmed event or wording that incorrectly presents one as the other.

There is no need to send your precise location. A named time zone is enough for most conversion reports. The editorial standards explain how we distinguish a source check from a content update.

Report a website or accessibility problem

Tell us which page or control failed, what you tried to do and what happened. Your browser name, device type and an approximate time can help reproduce the issue. For a layout problem, you may include a screenshot with personal information removed.

Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, private game credentials or unredacted account screenshots. We do not need access to your account to review a website bug.

If you are reporting an analytics-choice problem, state which choice you selected and whether the problem occurred in another tab. You can review the intended behavior in the analytics choices section.

What happens to feedback

Your email is used to understand and, where possible, respond to the request. Sending feedback does not publish it on this site. If a correction is supported by reliable evidence, we can update the affected information. We do not promise a particular editorial outcome or support response time.
